Along with their latest Summer apparel drop, Commonwealth has revealed a new collaboration with heritage shoemaker Padmore & Barnes. Fresh off their “Balance” collaboration in May, Commonwealth presents “Balance" Part II with Padmore & Barnes featuring the Side Seam Slide. The collaboration consists of two colorways of the Side Seam Slide, purple and orange — each of which has been designed to fit Commonwealth’s aesthetic.
“Balance" Part II sees a laser etched pattern featuring “peace” signs on the right foot and “anarchy” symbols on the left. The Side Seam Slide is hand constructed using premium cow leather from Spain and genuine plantation crepe for the sole. Other details emphasize their comfort, including a soft padded leather footbed. Each one is finished with an adjustable strap with metal buckle.
