Orders & Returns

Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within seven (7) days from the time the product was delivered. Please email us at info@commonwealth-ftgg.com and request an RMA number prior to shipping the original item back.

The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Commonwealth is not responsible for any returned shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. Customers are highly encouraged to use a shipping service that provides insurance and tracking.

Items that were bought on sale or any form of promotional discount cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Special releases are exempt from any promotions and may not be exchanged or returned.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY

Items should be returned unused, and with all designer tags still attached upon seven (7) days of receipt. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, hang tags, dust bags are required to be included with the return.

For footwear returns, it must be double boxed (wrapped with bubble wrap and using an outer shipping box) and include original packaging (including manufacturers packing paper for footwear), with all factory tags still attached (including extra laces included with some footwear), and in unused and unworn condition.

Returns that are incomplete, damaged or soiled (including the shoe box) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund/exchange refused.

Commonwealth reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy.
