(Washington, DC) -On the night of Thursday, July 27th the Commonwealth DC chapter store played host to "Run Free", an inaugural collaborative event between Commonwealth, Arc'teryx Washington DC, and Studio Sonic.
"Run Free" was the title of a community run that helped raise awareness for BIPOC Mental Health Month that started at Arc'teryx DC and then ran 2.89 miles to the Commonwealth DC store, located on 1811 14th St. NW, where runners and community members enjoyed music by Friends on Mars & Jerome Baker III as well as refreshments, community engagement and artwork presented by Topo Chico, Arc'teryx, Commonwealth & Studio Sonic.
