Why is my order delayed?

Can I exchange my time with a different item?

Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit withinseven (7) days of the receipt of the item with other items for sale in Commonwealth US Web Store. The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be the customer's responsibility.

Can I return items bought on sale?

Unfortunately, items bought on Sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.

When will I receive a credit for returned items?

Processing of the credit may take up to 1-3 business days from the time the item being returned is received by Commonwealth. The original shipping fee will not be refunded and the shipping fee for the item to be returned to Commonwealth will be shouldered by the buyer.

SIZING

What system of measurement do you use?

All shoe sizes are listed in United States Men's unless stated otherwise. If a shoe uses US Women's sizing, it will be indicated in the description.

PAYMENT

What payment options do you accept?

Commonwealth accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay.

How long will my order be processed?

Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 1 business days is required before the order is shipped out.

How will I know if my order has been accepted?

Once your order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The order confirmation acts as an invoice and includes your order number and all relevant details.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

How long will my order arrive?

Depending on shipping service selected at the time of checkout, ship times typically will vary from 1-5 business days. Due to the current pandemic please expect delays in shipment.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International and DHL Worldwide Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
