Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the original ship date along with a valid Return Authorization number. Online store credit will be issued for returns. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered) with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned double-boxed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 15 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
All sale, discounted, or special release items (indicated on individual product page) are Final Sale, no returns or exchanges accepted.
Commonwealth does not assume or accept responsibility for items lost or damaged while in transit from the customer. It is strongly recommended that customers use a valid shipper that provides tracking numbers and insurance.
For exchanges, customer will be responsible for any re-shipment fees.
